1. General:

All shipping will depend on weight and are subject to change.

  • Shipments within Singapore: the deliveries will be carried out by a local courier service. and are subject to a maximum weight of 25kg per box. It may not be possible to deliver to certain restricted areas (outside the main island of Singapore, or to army or similar facilities) 
  • Orders from outside Singapore: the charges will depend on the destination country and the shipping mode chosen (air/surface). The shipments will be done through Singapore Speedpost and our rates are based on theirs, subject to any adjustments. Please refer to the table under "Shipping Charges" for further details.
  • Usually, orders will be processed within 1-3 working days. In rare cases there might be a delay due to absence i.e. when we are overseas to source for new products, but we will in any case respond as soon as practicable. 

Whilst every effort for accuracy is being undertaken, Espressocups Pte Ltd takes no liability for the pictorial reproduction of the items on its website, in particular we cannot guarantee that colour renditions will always be 100% correct.

2. Payment:

As a rule, orders will be processed after receipt of payment. You have the choice to pay for online orders via Paypal (incl. credit cards) or a bank transfer.

  • Paypal: your order will be processed after payment confirmation
  • Bank transfer: after selecting this option, we will inform you our bank details in the order confirmation and the goods will be shipped after payment is received

For payments at our shop we regret that, for the time being, we can only accept cash payments (due to the high charges for cards online processing)

3. Changes to the Order

If for any reason you wish to amend or cancel your order you will have to notify us immediately, in any case before the dispatch of the same. An e-mail confirmation will be sent  to the address provided at the time of dispatch, after which the order is conclusive. 

4. Goods not accepted
Should you change your mind after the dispatch confirmation, you will have to first accept it, then notify us and and send it back to us at your own cost. Espressocups Pte Ltd will charge SGD 20.00 for the handling of such a cancellation and the refund will be subject to the return of the goods in re-sellable condition. Please note that in this case it is your responsibility that the goods reach us undamaged.

5. Insurance and Transport Damages

Shipments are generally not insured. Insurance can be arranged upon specific request and will be charged separately.

We carefully check and package every order. Should your order arrive with packaging or in particular contents damaged, please notify us immediately at info@espressocups.com.sg and if possible send us a picture of the damage. Depending on the type and severity of the damage, we may decide to replace the goods at our cost.

6. Taxes

Espressocups Pte Ltd is not GST-registered and all sale prices are nett. No further Singapore taxes are applicable to the sale transactions.

For shipments to third countries import duties or taxes may apply in the respective destination country. These are expressly the recipient's responsibility and not included in the shipping charges. It is recommended to enquire with the respective authorities prior to ordering.

7. Fraud

Any attempt to defraud Espressocups Pte Ltd, be it by mis-representation of the circumstances of a delivery, internet scam or any other act of cyber criminality will be reported to the Singapore police and/or to any other competent authority.

8. Acts of God

Espressocups Pte Ltd cannot be held responsible for any acts of God, such as delays or loss due to natural disasters or fire, flooding, accidents, riots, sabotage or similar.
